Tamisa Covington

Bio: Tami Covington has been with Rakuten Advertising for almost 3 years. She is an Account Manager for the Advisory Team working with clients across most verticals in Rad. Before Tami joined the Advisory Team she worked on the now sun-setted A la Carte Services Team where she honed her skills in helping clients forge solid and meaningful relationships with our publishers to help her clients grow their affiliate programs. After the murder of George Floyd, in May 2020, The Black Employee Alliance of Rakuten (or The BEA) where Tami is a founding member and Co-lead of the Community Outreach and Media Pillar, was born. The BEA’s vision is focusing on creating an environment within Rakuten that actively attracts & champions black employees; providing equitable opportunities for professional growth, emerging partnerships & integrating diverse perspectives at all levels of business and management.
