MICHAEL KNOTT

Michael Knott is the Senior Director, Brand Media for Rakuten Rewards. In his role, Michael directs external media agencies, works closely with the internal brand and creative teams, and builds holistic media strategies across the entire growth, retention and engagement teams to win new customers. Prior to joining Rakuten, Michael held a similar role with Logitech, Inc. as the Director of Digital Media & Marketing where he helped grow the global media footprint for the company and developed strategies to build long-term brand awareness as well as deliver short-term sales goals to increase market share. Prior to Logitech, Michael spent his entire career in various positions within both media and creative advertising agencies where he built a deep appreciation for the power of brand loyalty as a tool for competitive advantage.
