Rachel Lafera

Bio: Granddaughter of a jeweler, Rachel LaFera, has worked for over 30 years creating innovative solutions and customer experiences for the jewelry industry. While at XO group, she created the Jewelry Store Referral Program to more easily connect pre-engaged couples to local retailers who carry bridal designers. As director, she partnered with manufacturers and fine jewelry designers to build their brands through multi-channel interactive marketing programs. Formerly the Director of Business Development at Rakuten Advertising, Rachel now resides as Executive Vice President of Growth for AMDX and is charged with building revenue growth and marketing teams while driving AMDX’s position as a best-in-class affiliate agency for hundreds of high-end Jewelry, Fashion, & Luxury brands.
