Lead scanning integration - keep track of your leads in a centralized location! Lead scanning boosts MQL generation and provides an additional layer of leads on top of your SQL's and 1-1 meetings.

  • Sponsor can scan attendee QR codes, view their personal scans in the app, and pull all company generated leads from the admin panel and add notes and relevant information to each lead to maximize follow-up potential.
  • All captured leads will fall into the prospect tab of the sponsor virtual booth and include details such as time scanned, source of scan, applicable notes, etc.

Ability to view and manage all company representatives profiles

Ability to design and customize company profile (including custom cover photos that can be used to promote offerings and draw attention to sponsor booth, videos, slide decks, advertisements and more)

Networking community profiles to automatically link company representatives to sponsor booth (company name must match written company name within registrant profile)

Ability to engage with registered attendees by answering questions using sponsor designated chat feature within virtual booth, or sidebar integrations.
