Bio: I am passionate about helping businesses grow subscribers and members across the entire customer journey (awareness, acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, upsell, and win-back). My team of experts use real world insights to drive offsite and onsite optimization for major subscription and membership brands such as The Wall Street Journal, Harper Collins, AARP, Total Gym, Red Roof Inn, Newsday and many more. 

Prior to co-founding House of Kaizen (formerly NetX) in 2001, my digital marketing experience comes from working at the pioneering agencies i-traffic (now Agency.com) and Mass Transit Interactive (now Horizon Media), where I helped to establish and grow their Performance Marketing Services division. My research background predates that as I helped establish Nielsen Media Research in the online ratings space. 

I love speaking at industry conferences, judge various awards, and even acting as an expert witness to help shape online marketing case law. 

I am proud to hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Villanova University class of '97.

My passions include; my family, my HoK team, art, music, being a good citizen of the world, and of course Villanova Basketball. Continuously improving I strive to make each day better than the last.
