  • How can I attend the Zoom webinar?
    • Computer - Zoom application

  • Zoom is not working on my computer or phone, can I dial-in?
    • Yes, if you are unable to join via the Zoom desktop, mobile or web application, you can still listen by dialing in, see below.

How to Log in and Join the Event

  • Visit the event website: https://rakuten.swoogo.com/SpeedNetworkingFrance
  • Click the button Join the Event
  • Login to your registration profile 
    • If you’ve logged in more than 15 minutes ahead of the event, you will be taken to the waiting room, and then automatically enter into the event.
    • Should you experience any issues joining the event, please refresh your browser, or go back to the event home screen and click Join the Event again.
  • An option Join from your Browser may appear automatically. If it does not, select download & run Zoom.
  • If prompted, sign into your Zoom account. If you do not have a Zoom account, click Sign Up Free and create a new account. 
  • Click Join to be taken into the meeting.
